The vibrant & cozy front community space now welcomes you to:

  • Meet your neighbors …and more!

HOW IT WORKS

Members have full access (via a personalized door code and monitored security system - smile for the camera!) to the community space complete with WiFi, a printer, Sonos speakers, a turntable (!), tea & coffee, some basic kitchen appliances, a super cute bathroom, and a growing collection of magazines, books, board games, & vinyl! 

There are set hours (mid day on weekdays) when the space can be booked privately. Otherwise it is a shared space perfect for quiet work, conversations, or an album played from start to finish…

Members can also enjoy our back garden area (bocce or s’mores anyone?), perks related to events & workshops, and other goodies which will unfold (!!) along the way.*

APPLICATION

To become a member you must be: 

  1. Known or recommended (we are intentionally beginning with a smaller web)

  2. Agree to being respectful to the space & community

  3. Pay $50/ month (or, limited options to volunteer an equivalent amount of time available upon request!)

Whether you work from home and want a change of scenery, could use a nice spot for a meeting, or are just inspired by the color yellow—our hope is that The Fold is a warm, inviting, constructive, fun third space—here for you when & how you need it.
