Our street front is a vibrant & cozy space available for various private and public uses. While it is adjacent to the laundromat (which is open 24/7) this is an entirely separate space with its own private entrance.

Measuring in at about 400SF, the community space is equipped with a bar area, moveable bar height tables that can seat up to 12 people, a few lounge chairs, AND WiFi, some basic kitchen appliances, Sonos speakers, a turntable, a super cute bathroom, & a growing collection of magazines, books, board games, & vinyl!
We also have a lush back garden with a bon fire pit, bocce court, and plenty of outdoor seating!
The entire facility is monitored by 24/7 video security.
